My fiancee made a great meal last night for dinner. It was a stir-fry with wild rice, tons of veggies, and chickpea gluten puffs. She made the chickpea gluten puffs from the Veganomicon recipe for chickpea cutlets.
The chickpea gluten puffs were so good!
I love wild rice. It's totally worth the $7/pound and long cook time (about an hour). Have you ever had wild rice? If not, I suggest trying it. You can find it in the bulk section at Whole Foods and probably at your local health food store.
